Grill'n Time Quick Beans
1-14oz can of Pork & Beans (well drained)
(may also use dry beans, prepare per package directions).
1/3 C Grill'n TimeSmoky
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1-2 Slices Bacon (chopped)
Brown bacon and onions, add all other ingredients and slowly bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes before serving hot.

Chicken Wings
2 lbs Chicken Wings or Drummies
½ Cup Grill’n Time Spicy
¼ cup Butter or Margarine (melted)
Salt
Rinse Pieces, pat dry and salt to taste. Combine salt, sauce and butter, and toss wings until completely coated. Allow to marinade. Place on grill or broiler pan, roast 45-60 minutes or until done.

Pork Baby Pack Ribs
3-4 Racks Baby Back Ribs
3-4 Tbls All Purpose Seasoning
½ Cup Grill’n Time Original
Remove membrane from the back side of the ribs. Sprinkle the ribs with e all purpose seasoning. Place the ribs in a covered container and let stand 3-4 hrs. Preheat grill on low setting. Place ribs on grill and cook for approximately 1 ½ hrs. Time may vary from grill to grill. Turn every 30 minutes. Baste the top side of the ribs 15 minutes before they are done with Grill’n Time Original. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes. Turn and baste the other side and cook for the remaining 5-10 minutes.

Spicy Grilled Chicken
(1) 3-4 lb Chicken
Salt Pepper
1 cup Grill’n Time Spicy
Rub 1/3 of the sauce into chicken pieces, allow to marinade 1-2 hours. Place chicken on grill and cook about ½ done (approximately 30 minutes), spread ½ of the remaining sauce on and turn. About 12-15 minutes before the chicken is done, spread balance of sauce on the chicken and finish cooking.
Meat Loaf
1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 C Chopped Onion
1 Egg (well beaten)
Salt & Pepper
1/4 C Grill'n TimeOriginal
Place meat into bowl, add onions, sauce, and salt & pepper.  Mix together to form a loaf.  Add enough crushed crackers to bind mixture.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until desired doneness and serve hot.

Shredded BBQ Beef
3-4 lb Beef Roast
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 med Onion
1 cup Grill’n Time Smoky
Preheat oven to 225°. Place roast in greased roaster. Mix ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and bake for 4-6 hrs. Remove the fat and bone from meat. Pull meat apart and place back into roaster. Add additional Grill’n Time if necessary to add moisture to mixture. Bake an additional 1 ½ hours and serve hot with buns.

Baked Beans
1 lb Dry Beans
½ lb ground meat or bacon
1 ½ cups beef broth
1  medium chopped onion
1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp ground mustard
2 cups Grill’n Time Smoky
Soak beans over night. Brown meat or fry bacon. Cover beans with water, bring to a boil and hold for 10 minutes; reduce heat and simmer for 1 ½ - 2 hours. Put all ingredients into a baking dish and cook at 200° for 2 ½ hours or until beans are tender. Canned beans may also be used, simply eliminate the boiling process. May also be cooked in a crock pot. Simply adjust cooking time accordingly.

BBQ Beef Brisket
4-5 lb Beef Brisket
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Grill'n Time Smoky
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
3 Medium Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 325.  Rub salt into meat well.  Place brisket into baking bag.  Mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket in bag.  Bake 3-4 hours or until tender.  Allow to set 15 minutes before carving to serve on buns.

Slow Cooked Beef Ribs
4 lbs Beef Ribs
½ cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 cup Grill’n Time Spicy
Rinse ribs and pat dry. Rub ½ of the sauce into ribs well. Place ribs into a slow cooker and pour remaining ingredients over them. Cook until tender and serve hot.

Tavern (loose meat sandwich)
1 lb Ground Beef
¾ cup Grill’n Time Original
Ground and brown meat. Add ¾ cup of Grill’n Time Original and simmer 15-30 minutes. Serve hot with buns.
